Executive Construction has been a trusted name in the South Florida area for commercial interior construction services since 2007. It is our goal to be not the biggest, but the best. We selectively choose projects and maintain a volume of revenue that does not overextend our resources nor deny our clients the attention to detail that they deserve. Complete customer satisfaction is Executive Construction’s priority, and honesty, integrity and reliability are the keys to our success. We are proud that the majority of our projects are for repeat customers.

OUR SERVICES

Pre-construction Phase

We review preliminary plans and specifications, prepare a cost budget, strategize to reduce construction time and qualify the subcontractors.

Construction Phase

We prepare the schedule and conduct project meetings, supervise the subcontractors, testing and inspection, consulting on changes in scope of work, and ensure completion of punchlist.

Post-construction Phase

Prepare close out manual, continue to follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and support future needs regarding both minor and major projects.
